Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Amherst is requesting proposals to provide professional design services for the renovation of the Buck Meadow Conservation & Recreation Area formally known as Buck Meadow Golf Course) located 32 NH Route 101A, Amherst NH. The park renovation plays a significant role in restoring recreational opportunities to the south side of Amherst. Requested services include community outreach, preliminary and final design, wetlands permitting, cost estimating, preparation of construction documents, and bid-phase services. Assuming successful completion of the design, the town will request a proposal for construction oversight to be negotiated later. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a unique recreational area that can be completed within the available space, schedule, and budget and schedule.
