Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. EXTERIOR 1. 2x6 construction of the exterior walls with R19 insulation or equivalent is required. 2. The building shall have a Pro-Panel roof or equivalent, with tan, green and silver/metal as color options. 3. “Smart” panel siding, or comparable, on all exterior walls. 4. Exterior walls and all trim shall be painted. Several color options should be available. B. INTERIOR 1. No less than 1,800 square feet of interior space. 2 or 3 bedrooms. 2. 8’6’ side walls with flat ceilings 3. A/C disconnect required. 4. 100 AMP electrical service included. 5. LED lighting throughout the home. 6. Switched outlet under kitchen sink required. 7. Hunter ceiling fan or equivalent in Living room area. 8. Interior walls and ceiling shall be painted a single color. 9. Interior floors shall be insulated with R22 insulation or equivalent. 10. All exterior doors are to be insulated with weather-stripping and deadbolts with thumb-turn on exterior. 11. Ceiling shall be insulated with R38 insulation or equivalent. 12. Minimum of an 8’ ceiling height on the interior of the home, excluding some areas for enclosed HVAC. 13. Cabinets shall be provided in all bathrooms and kitchen. 14. Cabinets shall have laminate tops with round or crescent edges. Cabinet doors to be picture frame style. 15. The kitchen area shall have a 90”x 48” island, with cabinets consistent with the bathrooms and kitchen. 16. Appliances shall include 18 cubic foot refrigerator, gas or electric stove with oven, dish washer. 17. Dryer vent shall be recessed tie in at the floor.
