Vendor will be expected to perform the below functions. This list could be subject to changes depending on various current events factors and should not be considered all inclusive: • Ongoing website landing page development for job campaigns and candidate acquisitions. • Social profile optimization for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google My Business (GMB) 0profile and others. • Management of ad campaigns for jobs and employer branding on social media platforms • $50.00 of monthly boosted posts (to be included in service fee) on Facebook. • Twelve (12) on-site video and photo shoots for ongoing content creation and branding to be scheduled as needed. • Monthly social content calendars including unique and custom content for socials (20-30 posts per month) on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, GMB. • Ongoing brand reputation management – all social platforms • Ongoing social engagement and interaction – all social platforms • Hubspot Starter portal and management • Monthly reporting and strategy development • Design work as needed (including onboarding packets, recruiting event assets, LMDC swag, etc.)
