Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Ribbons, Rosettes and Queen Sashes/Baldrics shall be first quality, wheeled edge satin-faced ribbon. • Printing or lettering: A) Ribbons, rosettes and ribbon badges must be embossed in gold leaf. B) Queen Sashes/Baldrics must be lettered in black. C) Banners must be lettered with gold. D) Placing Stickers must be placing colored with placing number in center. E) Be able to incorporate Indiana State Fair logo & font. Queen Sashes: A. Quantity 100 3" x 72" White Queen Baldric with black printing for 92 counties. B. Quantity 100 Rosette top pin-on button for Queen Contest with one set of stick-on numbers, numbered 1 through 92. Color is to be white, printing black. Banners: A. Quantity 180 18" x 30" Banners B. Quantity 260 15" x 24" Banners C. Quantity 120 12” x 18” Banners Felt banners to be made of purple felt. Banners finished with rayon fringe, cord and tassels, and braid trim. Lettering must be done in gold flocked heat-applied letters. Banners must be suspended from 5/8” natural wood dowel rod with wood caps. Ribbons: A. Quantity 23,000 1st quality wheeled edge and satin faced ribbon 2-1/2" x 12", in stock color made with "V" top with metal eyelet, string and an award card at the top. Ribbon must be imprinted with gold-leaf lettering. B. Quantity 16,000 1st quality wheeled edge and satin faced ribbon 2-1/2" x 9", in stock color made with "V" top with metal eyelet, string and an award card at the top. Ribbon must be imprinted with gold-leaf lettering. C. Quantity 1,300 1st quality satin ribbon 1-1/2" x 12" Honorable Mention ribbon in red, white, & blue color with pinked top and bottom. Ribbon to be imprinted with gold-leaf lettering. D. Quantity 900 1 st quality satin ribbon 2-1/2” x 12” with gold edging – place colors to be specified by purchaser. Ribbon to be imprinted with gold-leaf lettering.
