Specifications include, but are not limited to: Montgomery County Engineering is soliciting bids for the installation of a new exterior LED lighting system at the Historic Courthouse in Clarksville, TN. The scope of work is primarily electrical construction with some small concrete work. A lighting design has been prepared by Ardee Design Group. There will be a total of 44 LED light fixtures installed. There will be 24 at grade, 6 fixtures (3 each side) installed at the east and west balconies on the 3rd floor, and 14 total fixtures installed on the roof above the 5th floor. All fixtures have wireless data capabilities. The only material to be provided by Montgomery County are the light fixtures, two wireless DMX Transmitters, two wireless DMX repeaters, and two UFR2 Dual Relay Controllers. All additional materials, equipment and labor are to be provided by the contractor. Equipment information sheets for the fixtures and transmitters can be seen in Attachment #4
