Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following scope of work is being proposed for the 2024 Hotel Road Pavement Restoration Project for the City of Auburn. The scope of work is a brief overview of the expected extent of work on each street included in this contract. This is only a proposed scope with associated estimated quantities. Items, extent and entire streets may be added or deleted as work progresses or to meet the available funding for this work. Hotel Road – Minot Avenue to Manley Road (Base 1) • Existing dimensions: 2,950’ x 31’. • Pave 0.625” with 4.75mm HMA. • Butt joints at driveways and intersections. • Add shoulder gravel. • Rebuild Catch Basin Chimney at Manley Road intersection. • Adjust Catch Basin covers to grade. • Adjust Sewer Manhole covers, water gates and valves to grade. • Install Detectable Warning Surfaces at Manley Road intersection. • Stripe double yellow centerline, fog line, and crosswalks. Manley Road – Rodman Road to Hotel Road (Base 1) • Existing dimensions: 1950’ x 40’ • Excavate sidewalks and existing curb for a buildup of 12” -Type A Gravel, and 2” of 9.5mm HMA. Driveways 2” 12.5mm and 1” 9.5mm HMA. • 0.5” Shim with 9.5mm HMA and overlay 1.5” with 12.5mm HMA surface. • Butt joints at intersections. • Install concrete curb. • Replace 30”CMP with 24” HDPE SD
