Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Child Welfare Permanency Program of the Department of Human Services (“ODHS”), hereby provides public notice of its intent to enter into a Contract with Center for Adoption Support and Education, Burtonsville, MD. The purpose of the Contract is to implement a proprietary educational program to improve the competency of professionals serving pre-adoptive and post-adoptive parents, families, and children. This is not an opportunity to submit a Proposal. ODHS has determined that the services are available from only one source in the Nationally.
