Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work includes both Project Management and Change Management. These roles will be key in ensuring the project team understands DCFS specific program needs (both State and Local), business processes, and workflows in the current as-is as well as the future to-be environments. These roles will work together to manage user expectations, communicate regulatory requirements across the program and be the advocate for change in how DCFS envisions doing child welfare for the future. The selected vendor will follow standard Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology and Change Management processes, to include the following activities and deliverables.
