Specifications include, but are not limited to: The JOBS program is an employment and training program for those participants and families who are receiving TANF benefits. The JOBS program offers a variety of work readiness and educational training components that assist individuals with the tools and skills they have identified and need to become employed. After an individual meets with their Agency Family Coach and a mutually agreed upon plan has been created that address the steps and goals of the individual, the Agency Family Coach will refer that individual to their local JOBScontractor. Proposers who provide JOBS services will put into motion the activities that are on the individual’s Personal Development Plan (PDP). Agency is focused on supporting individuals in obtaining meaningful employment that leads to both career advancement and wage growth. This includes employment that falls into the high wage/high demand needs of the geographical area to be served.
