Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas State Technical College (hereafter “TSTC”) is requesting qualifications from an Engineer firm for engineering and technical services on a per-project basis. Supplier must demonstrate the ability to provide a very high level of customer service, and after the sale care. Qualifications will be evaluated on many criteria deemed to be in the best interest of TSTC, including but not limited to responsiveness to the terms and conditions of this RFQ, ability to meet specifications, and references. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Solicitation to cover all ten (10) TSTC’s campuses plus two future campuses and off-site locations. Multiple awards will be made to companies that can provide the best value to TSTC. Services are generally described as, but are not limited to: • Engineering work associated with utilities • Electrical systems and technologies • HVAC Systems and technologies • Space exhausting systems and technologies • Life Safety system work • Maintenance projects
