Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Consultant shall complete a compliance audit of the PSM programs for chlorine systems at J Ave Water, NW Water, and WPCF. B. The compliance audits must satisfy requirements of 29 CFR 1910.119(o) and 40 CFR 68.79. C. Consultant shall choose representative samples of documentation, interviews, and field verifications for the audits. D. Consultant shall analyze all covered processes in the facilities to provide accurate reports of the management systems and implementation efforts associated with process safety and risk management. E. Consultant shall review Emergency Action Plan and provide professional recommendations for emergency evacuation. F. Consultant shall complete the audits and submit a detailed report for each facility to the City in accordance with the schedule attached. G. The reports shall document the results of the audits, including any findings and suggested recommendations to address the findings. H.
