If integration with other applications is being requested, Include data flow diagrams Please provide line-item detail on the types of University data or information that Supplier may have access to or store on the University’s behalf when providing products and services to the University. For any data or information that Supplier may have access to or may store in connection with the provision of products or services to the University, in your response please identify on the line-item detail whether the data or information would be considered: (i) personally identifiable information as defined by any applicable state or federal statute; (ii) Protected Health Information or electronic Protected Health Information as defined by HIPAA (45 CFR Parts 160 and 164); or (iii) confidential or other competitively sensitive information.
