The vendor is to include any storage required prior to the delivery date based on the project schedule. 7. The vendor shall include the warranty as specified. The warranty shall not start on the date of delivery. The warranty shall start on the date of Substantial Completion as defined by the Project Schedule included. 8. Furnish extra materials that are specified. These extra materials are to be packaged with protective covering for storage, and are identified with labels describing contents. 9. Furnish of all submittals per specification. 10. Walls of the air handling unit shall be wipe down construction.
