Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will prepare RFQ/RFPs for the Percentage of the Arts/Public Art Program (AaA) including research, writing and distribution. Vendor will prepare grant proposals as available, including coordination, research, writing, reimbursement requests, attending grant review panels, prepare and manage grant(s) programs, including e-filings, and financial filings. Vendor will prepare all required annual government forms for nonprofit status and incorporation for the Arts at the Airport Foundation. Vendor will prepare artist calls for participation utilizing a web-based program such as Café and CodaWorx. Vendor will coordinate the Flying Solo Art Series Program including the coordination with artists, securing contracts, coordinating insurance, installation schedule and the de-installation. Provide said services for AaA community art exhibit projects. Vendor will oversee the 1% for the Arts Program, coordinate artist selection process, and coordinate artist reviews and interviews. Vendor will coordinate with architects, engineers, and artists on installation. Vendor will review and evaluate, on an ongoing basis, the condition of the art pieces in the MNAA private collection. Vendor will maintain an inventory of the MNAA private collection for insurance purposes. Vendor will coordinate the installation for all AaA/MNAA exhibits. All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.
