Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work of this Contract comprises of all demolition and general construction for the building renovations located at 105 Main Street, East Hampton, CT 06424. The project scope is an exterior renovation of all existing siding. The project measures are as follows: 1. The existing siding is to be removed down to the existing sheathing and prepped for new siding. If existing sheathing is found to be damaged or insufficient, the Project Manager is to be notified. 2. New weather resistant barrier is to be installed. 3. New vented vinyl soffits are to be installed. 4. Existing wood facias and rakes are to be wrapped with bent aluminum. 5. All window and door trim are to be wrapped with bent aluminum. 6. New vinyl siding and trim are to be installed.
