Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued by the TSS Office of State Procurement (TSS OSP) for the Arkansas State Crime Lab (“ASCL” or “Department”) to obtain pricing and a contract for DNA Buccal Kits and Archival Trays. The Department seeks to establish a contract with a Contractor for the ASCL to purchase Combined DNA Index System (CODIS) sample collection kit that is compatible with current laboratory protocols for upload into the CODIS database system. 1. A collection device packaged in an individual sealed wrapper which must be torn open when a collection is made. 2. A sealable transport pouch 3. Personal protective gloves for staff supervising collection 4. Full instructions for staff supervising collection 5. Finger printing kit (alcohol prep wipe, ink strips, and finger printing instructions) 6. One (1) Arkansas Crime Lab DNA Database Information Card to be provided by the selected Contractor formatted for ASCL (samples of current card are available upon request) 7. Set of three (3) barcode stickers to positively link collector, pouch, and information card
