Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Description: Construction of a new staff secure Woodland Hills YDC, new staff and hardware secure John S. Wilder YDC facilities, and all required related work. Designer Scope: The scope of this project will consist of the programming and design for three new prototypical residential youth development facilities for the Department of Children's Services. The facilities will include residential, educational, food service, recreational, clinical, and office space. The Woodland Hills facility will be located in Nashville and accommodate 72 beds with the ability to expand the facility to 96 beds. The two John S. Wilder facilities will be located near Sommerville with one of the facilities accommodating 72 beds with the ability to expand the facility to 96 beds and the other accommodating 24 beds with the ability to expand the facility to 48 beds.
