Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall remove and replace existing relay lighting control panel and switches in the Visitor Information Center at Bull Shoals-White River State Park. B. Contractor shall furnish all tools, material, equipment, and labor necessary to complete project. C. Contractor shall construct any and all construction safety barriers to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance from project until completion and final inspection. D. Contractor shall prevent unnecessary damage to any part of the building. E. Contractor shall be responsible for any and all post-project clean-up. F. Contractor shall remove all debris, including but not limited to nails, metals, dust, and all trash and dispose of materials offsite at the end of each workday. G. Contractor shall work during normal business hours, which are 8:00am until 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding State Holidays. H. Contractor shall schedule all work with Park Superintendent or his designee. I. Contractor shall be responsible for all material deliveries during construction. J. Contractor shall provide a one (1) year warranty that applies to all work performed. K. Contractor shall contact Greg Hart from Arkansas State Parks to request approval and final inspection of contracted project. Contact information will be provided to awarded Contractor.
