Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. This ACWESPP is to extend Contract # USBE190060MA for one year and to add $150,000 to cover the year of additional services. The 23-24 school year (FY24) will be the first time that schools have been able to choose a literacy software provider outside of the state contracts. In the past, the evaluator has only needed to evaluate 6 programs but with the legislation change, there is the possibility that we have many more vendors. Due to this, we are unable to determine the exact scope of work that we are asking the evaluator to complete. Extending the contract for an additional year will give us time to complete this year with the new changes and have a better understanding of what the scope of work will look like. Since ETI is the current evaluator, they have previously developed a process of collecting the needed SSID data from providers that we will be able to implement with new providers to be more efficient.
