Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide mastication and/or succession control services on the area listed below for the Department in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the Department. The contractor shall provide services as directed by the Department until funds are depleted or the desired work is completed. Areas may be prioritized if appropriations are insufficient to treat all areas. The contractor shall understand and agree that it is their responsibility to become familiar with the conditions that exist prior to award of the contract. The contractor shall not be relieved of the performance of the provisions and requirements specified herein. Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and supplies necessary to perform the services herein. The contractor understands that there may be hazardous conditions and the contractor hereby voluntarily accepts and assumes all risks from these conditions and agrees to incur these risks as a condition of the contract.
