Specifications include, but are not limited to: Individual offices HVAC controls. Remove and install Phoenix valves, heating coils, ductwork, and related controls. Work will be done after hours. All smoke heads from the entry/exit and into the work area will require protection during construction. Plastic and ram-board will be used to protect floor, furniture, desks, computers, etc. then all protection must be removed and the space fully cleaned by the following business day. It is critical to protect the fragile purple and blue/transparent piping above the dropped ceiling, including but not limited to existing wiring, & conduit. Nothing is to be abandoned in place. (I.E. control wire, ducting, etc.) Ceiling tiles and grid might need to be removed to remove/install ducting. Ceiling tiles and grid must remain in new condition or be replaced with new. Damaged or dirty tiles & grids will not be accepted at completion. Contractor must have an approved schedule to perform all work, identifying milestones, & phasing of work to minimize downtime & interruptions. Controls contractor to be Atkinson Electronics
