Specifications include, but are not limited to: This sponsorship opportunity is being issued by the Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission (KYOAAC) and in accordance with KRS 45A.097. The purpose of this document is to solicit responses from one or more entities to assist in presenting the 2023 Kentucky Opioid Abatement Symposium, which will be held in person October 8– 10, 2023, in Lexington, Kentucky, at the Central Bank Center. Any individual or entity that has applied for opioid-related funding through the KYOAAC Grant Portal or who intends to apply in 2023 is ineligible for this sponsorship opportunity. Furthermore, entities directly involved in the delivery of opioid prevention, treatment, or recovery support services will not be considered for this sponsorship opportunity. The KYOAAC will host an in-person conference to foster increased awareness of the impact of the opioid epidemic and to bolster a collaborative approach in combatting this scourge. We anticipate, but cannot guarantee, 200 attendees, including local and state government employees, medical professionals, law enforcement, treatment and recovery professionals, and members of the public. This two and one-half day conference will include—among other activities—a variety of informative presenter-led workshops, collaborative networking events, and speaker addresses. A prospective sponsor may respond with an offer to supply one or more of the following sponsorship levels: Technology Sponsor $15,000 [Limited to 1 Sponsor] The Technology Sponsor will sponsor the registration site and badge printing at registration. The sponsorship includes: (1) an entity-branded lanyard for each conference attendee; (2) the sponsor’s logo on the conference website; (3) the sponsor’s appropriate materials in attendees’ welcome packs; (4) the sponsor’s, logo on the back of name badges. The Technology Sponsor will also receive two (2) complimentary conference registrations. In-kind/Trade Sponsorship [Limited to 5 Sponsors] In-kind/Trade Sponsors may participate by providing in-kind services as listed below. This sponsorship includes: the sponsor’s logo on the conference website and one complimentary conference registration.
