Future prints can continue if the Louisville Zoo wishes to renew and extend past the Fiscal Year 24 magazine cycle. A member of the Louisville Zoo Marketing staff will be present at the company to sign off on color and quality at time of printing. Vendor must be able to provide finished product within ten working days from approved digital proof. Should any changes in specifications occur, selected vendor will quote price to user before running the print job. The Louisville Zoo reserves the right to reject any work deemed to be of unacceptable quality. In the event of such rejection, the Zoo reserves the right to withhold payment until such time as the quality of work is deemed acceptable. Bidder shall be responsible for any costs associated with a reprint or correction. Metro will not be responsible to pay for any overruns.
