Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall facilitate the repair of 4 manholes that have broken concrete collars and/or have settled to create a pothole, reducing the safety of the highway. Three manholes, located on OR214 MP 37.6, OR99E MP 32.8, and OR 99E MP 32.9 have existing concrete collars, one does not have a collar. The manhole cover located on OR18B MP 6.6 is buried under an unknown number of lifts of ACP, but is expected to have a collar. 2. The contractor shall be fully responsible for the saw cutting and removal of the roadway debris, transportation of debris, and final debris disposal. 3. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the efficient and effective removal, replacement, and surface restoration at each work site. 4. The contractor shall be responsible for dust control and all other environmental safeguards and protections as necessary. All such safeguards and protections shall comply with federal and state laws and regulations regarding same. 5. All debris shall be disposed in compliance with federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or guidelines providing for proper disposal of the particular type of debris. 6. The contractor shall be responsible for tracking quantities of materials removed from the site and will notify the project manager if measured quantities differ from the estimated ones provided in this solicitation.
