Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services may include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Provide periodic review and maintenance of City's investment policy statement. B. Monitor and report on investment manager compliance to investment policy statement. C. Evaluate fund design and performance and recommend fund offerings and structure. This includes recommending and performing replacement manager/fund evaluations as necessary and as appropriate. D. Evaluate and benchmark fees and assist in negotiating fees to maximize plan efficiency. E. Design, distribute, collect, and evaluate request for proposal (RFP) responses for recordkeeping and administration services as appropriate. F. Provide training regarding fiduciary duties, industry or regulatory developments or other pertinent topics. G. Prepare reports and meet on a regular basis to review and advise, as deemed appropriate. H. Other general advisory services relative to industry best practices for the management of employee 401(k), 457, and IRA retirement plans.
