Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide complete Project Management Services for the implementation and integration of the permitting, land use, and parcel management software system, including Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) capabilities, for the CBJ. A highly qualified Contractor will be very familiar with Tyler Technologies, Inc. and certified by them if possible. The awarded Contractor must be able to provide project management services throughout the implementation, integration, data migration, testing, training services and go-live with support of CBJ Staff. The CBJ intends to contract with the best apparent Contractor who provides the most advantageous pricing, depth of experience and capacity of project management services.
