Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. This Sole Source request is to license additional functionality for Portfolium, improving the basic functionality in the current statewide Learning Management System called Canvas from Instructure. This system is licensed by the University’s UETN on behalf of all USHE, K-12, and Technical Colleges in Utah. Canvas includes basic Portfolium tools in its existing product so this request is for an enhancement package. These portfolio tool enhancements from Instructure are fully integrated with Canvas. The added functionality of Portfolium, including Assessments and Badgelinks integrated fully with Canvas is uniquely available from this single supplier. Portfolium includes tools that allow administrators to provide assessment, guided pathways, micro-credentialing and employer connections to the current Canvas system. These tools are proprietary to Instructure and not offered from any other supplier.
