Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall perfect process of service as assigned by the County. Contractor process servers shall deliver court documents that establish paternity, order establishment, order revision and other child support judicial processes. The County shall locate and provide the Contractor the locations to serve court documents on custodial parents, non-custodial parents and potential fathers at their home residences, places of employment, temporary residences and other frequented locations. The Contractor must be available to testify on cases of non-issuance or evasion for the purpose of getting material witness warrants. The Contractor shall have the ability to serve non-English speaking clients and shall contact MCDA SED for assistance as needed. Technical Requirements - The Contractor shall have established web-based software and assign the County user both an identification and password enabling the County to login into the web-based software via a web browser to launch the Contractor’s application and create process server assignments and upload documents. The Contractor shall be able to track usage outside of its network monitoring potential cases of data leakage. The Contractor shall provide the County a universal password and work with the County to remove access for both parties terminated employees. The Contractor shall provide the County a point of contact to assist with any technical difficulties and provide a written tutorial on how to navigate the Contractors software.
