Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Procurement Services (ASU) issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on behalf of the ASU System Office to obtain responses and issuing a contract(s) for financial advisory services. The Financial Advisor is required to have experience working with a higher education entity or institution and experience with working with a higher education system is advantageous. The primary role of the Financial Advisor will be to facilitate analyses and modeling across the financial, operational, and technological processes of the System; to evaluate public-private partnership alternatives for infrastructure and operations; to develop innovative solutions for alternative revenue generation; to review and evaluate capital financing to achieve the most long-term advantageous solution for the System; to evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions; and, to evaluate the potential ROI of shared services across the System.
