Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2. 7 Provide grant administration services. 2.7.1 Establish a work plan and schedule for implementation of the Housing, People, and Neighborhood plans in adherence with the requirements of the Implementation Grant and grant agreement. Establish clear roles and responsibilities among SNRHA and partners. 2.7.2 Monitor the progress of the Implementation process to assure adherence with schedule and milestones and communicate all such progress with SNRHA. 2. 7.3 Assist in facilitating meetings among partners and residents as necessary. 2.7.4 Prepare HUD reports and communication and participate in HUD meetings, calls, site visits, etc. 2.7.5 Assist in ensuring overall compliance with the Implementation Grant. 2.8 Compile, analyze, and evaluate data. 2.8.1 Develop and administer post-grant household assets and needs assessment as required by the Implementation Grant and compile responses. 2.8.2 Assist in establishing and compiling baseline metrics for the People Plan. Assist in obtaining and organizing data for the People Plan to track these metrics and compile them in a format that complies with the Implementation Grant and is easily understandable to SNRHA, residents, partners and HUD. 2.8.3 Assist in obtaining data sharing agreements where necessary. 2.9 Assist SNRHA and the developer to establish an overall budget for all components of the Implementation Grant and assist in reviewing and monitoring adherence to that budget. 2.10 Assist SNRHA in updating the Housing, People, and Neighborhood plans and strategies when needed. 2.11 Work with SNRHA to provide any necessary technical assistance throughout the Implementation process. 2.12 Coordinate and participate in site visits when necessary.
