Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City intends to select a consultant for architectural and engineering services to provide architectural services to assist with a non-profit incubator project. The non-profit incubator, funded in part with federal funds, will be an expansion of services of the Oregon Startup Center to allow the Oregon Startup Center to provide technical advice to non-profit organizations. This expansion of services will require a review of the existing space on the third floor of the Beaverton Building and a reconfiguration of that space. Therefore, the City is looking for a firm to provide the City with architectural services that include (1) the programming of space based on stakeholder input and interviews; (2) the creation of a bid/permit set of construction documents; and (3) the assistance with bidding the construction tenant improvements all the way though the project completion and closeout. The estimated cost for this portion of the project is $80,000.
