Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District seeks to acquire a library management system to be used in all K-12th grade libraries in the District. The District will select a single Firm for the purchase of the library management system software, including data conversion services, installation, training and ongoing annual technical support and maintenance of the library management system (the “Library System”). In addition to the Library System proposals, the District will also accept and review submissions for both a textbook management module and a sheet music tracking option. Both the textbook module and sheet music tracking option may be awarded to separate firms. Firms submitting proposals for the Library System do not have to submit proposals for a textbook management module or a sheet music tracking, or both, but are encouraged to do so. Prices for the Library System, the textbook management module and the sheet music tracking option must be stated separately.
