The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvements or project as specified in the contract documents, which are officially on file with the Jurisdiction, in the Des Moines City Engineer's Office, at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of this Proposal, for the following described improvements: Glendale Cemetery Pond Dredging Improvements, 112023011 The improvement includes excavation and grading, dewatering, compacted clay pond liner, water control structure, modification to outlet structure, new water quality pretreatment unit, new Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalk, limestone outcropping, pond habitat improvement, revetment, erosion controls, temporary site seeding and mulching, traffic control, and associated work including cleanup and restoration, all in accordance with the contract documents, including Plan File No. 655-172/193, located in Glendale Cemetery, 4909 University Ave, Des Moines, Iowa
