The following is a summary of all required maintenance. • QUARTERLY (3-months) o Tanks and reports ▪ Double check the facilities logs on the holding tanks and manhole inspections. ▪ Double check that facilities have been regularly cleaning out the effluent filters. o Lift stations 1, 2, and 3. ▪ Check Bio filters in lift stations, pull and clean. ▪ Check floats, verify pumps shut off when low level alarm activates. ▪ Verify high level alarm functioning properly. o Effluent Ponds ▪ Check flow is reaching ponds. ▪ Log levels of water in primary pond (primary meaning pond in use). ▪ Switch flow to the other pond if necessary ▪ Check and Log overall condition of pond liner and if any debris. Provide a detailed Quarterly report. Provide a Standard and Emergency Call out rate. (With Cost inflation adjustment over the multi-year contract) Provide suggested P.O. estimate for standard Equipment failure (Over the multi-year contract) Costing for the first 5-years execution of the plan.
