Specifications include, but are not limited to: Assessing current support school models at Linda Abril Educational Academy, Bostrom High School, and Desiderata and Phoenix Digital Academy. Assessment to include but not necessarily be limited to systems, processes, practices, programmatic offerings and structure, partnerships, policies, staffing, and coordination with others sister support schools, comprehensive and specialty schools, as well as district office. Developing and supporting planning and implementation for support school redesign and new support school exploration and implementation. Models for consideration should include a free standing, independent site as well as a specialty school and support sharing the same facility or location. Facilitating and/or supporting agreed upon planning and implementation activities collaboratively identified with the District Portfolio Management team and the Teaching and Learning Division, Leadership Division Student and Family Services Division, and/or Achievement Team representatives to oversee student, community, and staff groups as part of qualitative analysis.
