Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Connecticut Health Center (UConn Health) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide decorative art for various locations throughout a clinical site located at 5 Munson Road, Farmington CT. This project will include art selection, framing, asset tagging, inventory listing, delivery, and installation. Please consult floor plan and spreadsheet to coordinate quantities and approximate finished sizes for all artwork. For comparison pricing purposes, sizes are indicated for all locations. Because the art pieces will vary in size and shape, bidder will provide finished sizes for the pieces proposed for those locations. Sizes and locations indicated are a guideline for expected selections. Bidder may also suggest substitutions in some locations, such as two (2) or three (3) smaller pieces instead on one or two. Bidder may also propose additional artwork in other locations if possible within budget constraints. Bidders should use professional judgement for providing a comprehensive and cohesive art package, with artwork sized and suitable for each location indicated.
