Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Franklin, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services related to construction of the federally and locally funded East McEwen Drive Phase 4 Improvements Project (PIN 125418.00). The purpose of this project is to widen and to improve East McEwen Drive from just east of the roundabout at Oxford Glen Drive / Cool Springs Boulevard to Wilson Pike (SR-252). The improvements will include roadway realignment, widening from 2 lanes to 4-lane median divided section with curb & gutter drainage, sidewalk, a multi-use trail, streetlights, bridge work, and utility relocations. The project shall be accomplished in accordance with TDOT Local Programs guidelines.
