Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Reviewing current workload models 2. Researching best practices, the models used by other states and jurisdictions, analysis of other states for how they forecast and collect timings, changes to policy and practice that impact service delivery 3. Studying the work performed by service delivery staff, including but not limited to conducting time study, performing on-site visits, and holding staff interviews 4. Collecting, compiling, and analyzing data 5. Developing and implementing a new agency-wide approach to workload modeling that supports the transformation of the agency 6. Overhauling workload models to align with the new approach 7. Developing new workload models as needed, including cross-programmatic models 8. Identifying outcome measures to implement and monitor for workload models
