Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lower Pond (East Pond – Main Irrigation) • Drain pond with help from Stone Creek Golf Club o Stone Creek Golf Club will drain water below the inlet. • Clear or grub lake necessary to properly install culverts, outflow, and gate valves • Shape lake banks to initial elevation or above necessary to get 2-1 slope • Fill pond edge at T-box and along cart path • Install rip-rap rock & fabric for armoring and creating 2-1 slopes on 650 ft of lake banks • Any found voids or dens created by rodents shall be filled before rip-rap is installed • Extend existing drainpipes to edge of armor • Remove and replace approx. 6300 sq.ft. of asphalt pathway to correspond to new pond bank elevation Upper Pond (West Pond – Supplemental Irrigation) • Drain pond with help from Stone Creek Golf Club o Stone Creek Golf Club will drain water below the culvert. Contractor will drain the remaining pond water. • Install new 12” culvert between ponds with valve for opening and closing • Provide and Install G2 ditch inlet catch basin for managing flow, tie to new culvert • Install rip rap rock & fabric for armoring and creating 2-1 slopes on 250 ft of lake banks • Any found voids or dens created by rodents shall be filled before rip-rap is installed • Final cleanup & De-Mob
