Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall remove and recycle four existing furnaces and AC units. New equipment to be installed shall be four 96% efficient 80,000 BTU multistage variable-speed gas furnaces with four 15.2 Seer2-certified 4-ton air conditioning units with air filtration systems. Contractor shall remove and replace thermostats. Contractor shall reuse existing ductwork. Contractor shall balance and test system for correct airflow throughout entire building, adding more dampers if needed for proper airflow. All outdoor HVAC units must be coated with a clear coat for corrosion control. All units must have a 10 year warranty for parts and a one year warranty for labor. Work to include all materials, labor, and applicable permits.
