Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this project is to assess Washington County’s current organizational structure and support for its communications function and to recommend improvements using a One Washington County approach. The project team, assisted by a consultant, will deliver a full report of the organizational inventory and provide a presentation and the key findings and recommendations. As with all Design the Future initiatives, this project would support the community-facing strategic planning process by contemplating internal improvements to better position the organization for its public service mission. This project will include observations and analysis within the context of implementing Washington County’s Equity Resolution adopted in February 2020. The expected contract type awarded under this solicitation will be one of the following: a phased firm-fixed-lump-sum priced contract, or a phased firm-fixed-unit-priced contract.
