Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall provide the staff, labor, and equipment needed to provide containerized waste disposal services required in this IFB. B. The Contractor shall provide containerized waste disposal services at all locations at the days and times listed on the Official Bid Price Sheet. C. The Contractor shall be financially responsible for all loss, damage, and/or destruction of their own property and any equipment and materials used in conjunction with the service provided. D. The Contractor shall respond by phone and/or email to TSS DBA’s inquiries and/or complaints regarding waste disposal related issues within twenty-four (24) business hours of receipt. E. The Contractor shall address and rectify the complaint within eight (8) business hours and to the satisfaction of TSS DBA. F. When requested by TSS DBA, the Contractor shall provide additional waste disposal pick-ups and must be scheduled and serviced within forty-two (42) business hours. G. When requested by TSS DBA, the Contractor shall replace dumpsters as deemed necessary by TSS DBA or the Contractor and within seventy-two (72) business hours. H. When requested by TSS DBA, the Contractor and/or the Contractor’s employees shall submit to polygraph examinations under the provisions of Public Law #100-347, 29 USC 2001 et. seq. I. The Contractor shall not carry any type of weaponry of any kind whatsoever, whether permitted or non- permitted, onto the premises onto State property.
