Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall 3.1 Pump, scrape, and remove all grease as required from grease interceptors (grease traps) listed below, including “fry grease” containers. 3.2 Monthly Service: 3.2.1 Two (2) grease interceptors (grease traps), 4,100 gallon and twenty (20) gallon, and one (1) fry grease container, located at the main dietary kitchen, and 3.2.2 One (1) grease interceptor (grease trap) 1,500 gallon located at Building F dietary kitchen. 3.3 Quarterly Service: 3.3.1 One (1) grease interceptor (grease trap), twenty (20) gallon, located at Building P (Civil Café), 3.3.2 One (1) grease interceptor (grease trap), twenty (20) gallon, located at Cholla kitchen (ACPTC), and 3.3.3 One (1) Lift Station located adjacent to Main Dietary Building.
