Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide labor, materials, and equipment, to demolish in its entirety, and disposed of in a manner meeting all federal and state laws and regulations the concrete structure, contents, and decommission the well located at 2605 Badger Road, North Pole, Alaska. A. Work Hours/Days: Contractor shall work within the normal work hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Alternative hours and days will be considered by TCC upon request. B. Electrical: The site electrical power has been disconnected. The contractor will provide their own electrical source. C. Excessive Disruptions: Coordinate work with Project Manager a minimum 48 hours in advance. If during normal construction activity, it is determined by building personnel there is excessive disruption, the Contractor may be asked to temporarily cease work and reschedule to a new time by mutual agreement between TCC or the construction manager and the Contractor. D. Debris: All construction debris not including building rubble, must be placed in a contractor-controlled dumpster at the end of every shift or hauled off site. Non construction rubble debris will not be allowed to accumulate on site. If utilizing a dumpster, coordinate location with the Construction Manager. All materials excavated, not including demolition rubble, to be reused may remain on site. The disposal of all materials removed from the site will meet all federal and state laws and regulations. If in the event that the TCC Construction Manager cannot discern if all of the building rubble has been removed from the site due to snowfall, final payment will be withheld until weather or site conditions allow confirmation.
