Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bolduc's livestock program needs a new facility to accommodate and store feed for up to twelve beef and dairy cows. This multi-purpose building will also serve as a site for the state's animal rescue and rehabilitation initiatives. Additionally, the Department is seeking a USDA grant to establish a meat processing center onsite, where the new barn will be used to house cattle temporarily before processing. The scope of services for this project includes, but may not be limited to, schedule and cost estimating, preliminary design, and design development. The AE Consultant may be required to coordinate this work or additional work with other consultants contracted by the Owner. The Department will pursue construction of the new building once capital funds are made available.
