Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Albuquerque (“City”) is seeking proposal to provide on-site occupational health services and medical care to City employees who incur on-the-job injuries or occupational diseases. The successful Offeror shall -perform employment physicals, commercial driver’s license medical examinations, and medical audiometry examinations required by Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (O.S.H.A.) regulations. The successful Offeror shall provide oversight and coordination on any medical care that requires a referral to an outside medical specialist. The successful Offeror shall staff the Employee Health Center with a Medical Director who shall be certified to be and shall perform as the City’s Medical Review Officer (“MRO”) for alcohol, anabolic steroids, and drug testing.
