Specifications include, but are not limited to: NH Route 111 Eastbound Bridge Deck Rehabilitation (Bridge No. 110/068): Removal of existing asphalt wearing surface and membrane on bridge deck. Saw cut and remove deteriorated concrete. Partial depth and full depth repair to concrete deck and sidewalk with new concrete patch. Install cathodic protection (galvanic anodes) at all deck repair locations. Install new barrier membrane and asphalt wearing surface on deck. Replacement of east and west deck end expansion joints (new strip seal expansion joints). Miscellaneous repairs to bridge rail and approach guard rail (replace broken or split wood offset blocks) and electrical/lighting (new junction box covers). Apply water repellant to exposed deck concrete (brush curbs and sidewalk). NH Route 111 Westbound Bridge Deck Rehabilitation (Bridge No. 109/068): Removal of existing asphalt wearing surface and membrane on bridge deck. Saw cut and remove deteriorated concrete. Partial depth and full depth repair to concrete deck and sidewalk with new concrete patch. Install cathodic protection (galvanic anodes) at all deck repair locations. Install new barrier membrane and asphalt wearing surface on deck. Replacement of east and west deck end expansion joints (new strip seal expansion joints). Miscellaneous repairs to bridge rail (replace broken or missing aluminum balusters), asphalt approach sidewalks and electrical/lighting (new junction box covers).
