Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each Day of Service • Complete hygienic cleaning of all restrooms especially walls, floors, sinks, countertops, toilet and urinal areas (Cleaning Rest Rooms Specification, Custodial Services General Specifications), wipe and sanitize handrails, refill toilet paper leaving an extra roll(s) in the restroom to cover until the next cleaning, paper towels, soap, urinal tablets, etc. NOTE: Only full rolls of toilet paper are to be in each dispenser at the end of each day’s custodial servicing. • Disinfect all common touch areas using EPA approved germicidal cleaners (disinfectant) for the SARS-COV-2 • Empty waste baskets; collect trash; the Contractor will be responsible for physically removing and hauling of trash from this site each day Monday to Friday. • Vacuum carpet: remove spots by cleaning (steam) or shampooing as necessary. NOTE: There are to be no spots left in carpets after the daily cleaning has been performed. • Sweep, dry mop or vacuum and damp mop all non-carpeted floors. • Clean and sanitize all counters, tables, and hard-surface chairs in the interview rooms, conference rooms, kitchens and lobby areas. • Wash door glass, interior windows and glass walls in the main entrance and public areas • Using a clean unused cloth clean and disinfect all water fountains. • Break down all cardboard boxes and remove them to the recycling area; collect recyclable paper and remove them to the recycling area. • Police entrances to building; pick up trash, cigarette butts, etc. • Maintain/clean all entry floor mats and runners • Keep custodial closets clean and free of odors. Once a Month – Specified Days • First Tuesday - Clean and sanitize chairs in the employee lounges. As Needed / As Requested • Spot clean walls, system furniture partitions, horizontal blinds and woodwork as needed. • Any incidental custodial / janitorial tasks as requested by the Agreement Administrator, the Facility Representative or their designee.
