Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Cloud or vendor hosted online services • Ability to manage user accounts and access for the department’s users o User accounts may be application based, integrated with the Sate of Alaska’s Azure Active Directory (ADD), or Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS) • Configuration options for managers and internal subject matter experts during system configuration and hazard identification • Internal content management system • Offline Flight Risk Assessment Tool – manual form • Email reporting system • Safety case management module • Trend reports / Risk matrix model • Ability to export data using Excel or PDF • Customizable / expandable pages and modules o Allow for review of these data sets and modify or add items as desired to align the system with the DPS Aircraft Section unique operations, the hazards and threats they face, and the barriers and controls they have in place to mitigate those threats o As the system is configured, allow for an initial system description / analysis to be generated and a Significant Safety Issue List (SSIL), also known as a safety risk profile, to be created o Key safety performance indicators are agreed upon and set, which are tied to the DPS safety policy and quality policy o System configuration that can be completed in just a few hours
