Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide preconstruction services (to include but not limited to: Phasing, ROM, Cost Estimating, Design Assist, and Value Engineering); • Provide design build services; • Coordinate and manage subcontractors (if applicable) during construction; • Coordinate with all utilities; • Schedule and manage site operations; • Provide quality controls; • Bond and insure the construction; • Comply with all federal, state and local permitting requirements; • Maintain a safe work site and surroundings; • Maintain a clean work site and infection control mitigation (when required); • Commissioning; • Prepare and turn over record drawings (when required); • Provide operations and maintenance manuals and training (when required).
